Refund policy

We always hope that you are satisfied with your  items purchased from Relentless, but if for some reason you didn’t you can always return your regular price item for a store credit. Store credit is valid for 2 years after purchase as of 6/9/23. Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be allowed after using store credit. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

RETURNS:

7 Day Return

Items must be in original condition. No clearance items will be accepted. To start the return process please email orders@rcmodestapparel.com and answer the following questions below.

Please include:

1. NAME
2. ORDER NUMBER
4. REASON FOR RETURN
5. WHAT YOU NEED (EXCHANGE with size/color/style you'd like) or store credit.

Please keep in mind that items that are returned must be in their original condition, original packaging unworn and unwashed with all tags to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

All returns must be received within 7 business days of the date that we ship out your order.

Anything purchased at a discount or final sale will not be accepted.  

Please allow us 7 business days to process your return once it is received at our location.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Defective Merchandise

If you have received an item with any problems please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 2 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to orders@rcmodestapparel.com of the damage and/or defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.

If there is a problem of an incorrect size sent and the item is not available in the size needed then a refund will be issued.
